Okay… the term “pet people” is used a lot today and I really like it. Pet people kinda says it all doesn’t it?  Given the numerous emails with pet pics that are sent around the globe every day, to make friends and family smile, I ask you, makes one wonder what people aren’t pet people!

Being a pet person does not have to mean pet owner… does it? I think not.  A pet person is simply someone who appreciates pets (at the very least) or loves pets. One does not have to be pet crazy to be a pet person. Right?

So, even if you don’t own a pet please feel free to think of yourself as a pet person, if any of these pet pic emails make you smile like a kid. I have some manly men who, on occasion, send emails that have even made them go “awwwwww’ with pet photos of snoozing kittens, sleepy hounds or inquisitive birds.

Yup… pets can melt the heart of even the toughest of people… as we are all, I think, pet people at heart.
