Pastor pleads “not guilty” to sale of snakes…

In the corner of weird pet stories comes the latest news about a Bell County pastor was arraigned in Laurel County District Court for the alleged sale of venomous snakes. He had 42 copperheads, 11 timber rattlers, three cottonmouth water moccasins, a western diamondback rattlesnake, two cobras and a puff adder in his possession at the time of arrest by local police. Apparently, snakes are sometimes included in his worship services.
