Rescued Pup Gets Pet Celebrity…

This bounding Black Lab puppy named Chloe has new celebrity status! She  recently won the first annual One-in-a-Million Dog Photo Contest which ended on August 15th, 2008.

Chloe won $100.00 USD for her very happy pet parent, while Chloe herself will be feaured in the 2009 Million Dollar PetPix calendar.

Honorariums in the amount of $100.00 each were awarded to two special pet charities. The East Central Therapy Dogs of Peterborough ON Canada and Freedom Service Dogs Inc.of Englewood CO USA participated in getting the word out about this dog photo event and the honorariums are given as thanks for their support. 

We thank everyone who joined in the fun and look forward to a much larger response to our upcoming contests which will enable us to make substantial contributions to these and other pet charities to support their important work.
