Cool UK Website - Pet ‘n’ Pubs

No matter where you live, you can no doubt find retailers who are paying attention to people’s pets. From gift stores to pubs there is a movement afoot, (slow though it may be), of supplying water and/or pet treats as an added value for patrons accompanied by their pets.

Pet owners would like to see this pet-friendly movement grow a little more quickly. Bylaws and regulations in most places still restrict pets from joining their owners inside pubs and restaurants, though many in more laid-back locales allow pets to be part of the outdoor pub or restaurant venue. It appears that the US is way behind the UK in terms of the availability of pet-friendly pubs and restaurants.

Pet is a Hero to Other Disabled Dogs!

Despite the great challenges of the canine arthritis, spinal myelopathy and hip dysplasia that Watson and the heartbreak his owner suffered, the silver lining in all of this was the creation of a product that has helped many other disabled dogs.

The Bottom’s Up Leash is Watson’s legacy and their website, (a fitting tribute to Watson), is Arnie’s ongoing passion. Their invention has already helped tens of thousands of dogs and their owners to be more comfortably mobile and much happier. Inventing new senior pet assistance products keeps Arnie busy and involved with the pet community worldwide.

Hurricanes, First Aid and Pets

Our pets depend upon us for their security and survival, so as you make your own plans to protect yourself from power outages, raging high-speed winds and possible evacuation, please don’t forget to prepare for your pets as well.

Fleas Freaking You Out?

If you’ve ever had a flea bite and had a reaction to it you’ll have some idea of the agony your poor pet goes through when fleas attack. The well-known curse about a thousand fleas of a camel infecting your armpits is no joke. Now that we’re getting out more with the good weather there are many more chances for you and your pet to come into contact with those nasty, nasty fleas.
