Ah, Friday! I allowed myself to stay up later last night to watch The Big Idea with the charismatic powerhouse, Donny Deutsch. I got my reward! A fun topic to end this week’s posts… there was a segment about furry animals as toy pets for kids.
By now all ages are familiar with the mighty
Spring and the trees are full of bird song. Birds are doing their mating dances in earnest. Their mating sounds awaoke me this morning… two grey morning doves were loudly courting on my deck railing. When I peered out, the display of flamenco dancing I saw could rival any episode of Dancing With the Stars. What passion and excitement! What elan!
The shine comes off the poor pet though when people like this guy clearly show that they don’t care about anyone else but themselves. People like this are usually the first to complain (loudly) when they hear that others don’t want pets in public parks.
